Fashion trend or fad??
There are several ideas being tossed around in the world of bathroom renovations.
Are they fashion trends or fads?
For example:-
Floor to ceiling tiles are very practical and modern. However, would floor to ceiling mosaic tiles in bright colours be a fashion trend or a fad?
Classic and timeless bathroom features and styles never date. You can still have the same bathroom 10 years on and even though trends might have changed, your bathroom will still be bearable when you walk in.
As much as some of the colours and mosaics are stunning, and definitely work in Spain or Morocco, have a long hard think if you can handle seeing it every day and will it go with regular changing trends.
As mentioned in a previous Blog, not many of us can afford, or be bothered, to renovate out bathroom according to trends, so make the renovation decision wisely and smartly. Always have in mind resale even if you have no immediate plans to sell. Things can change.
Classic and timeless does not have to be boring!
